Paul Frenn, the owner of Bert's Bar,  has been apart of the St. Francis/Bayview community for 20 plus years. He has owned Bert's Liquor on East Oklahoma, which is just around the corner from Bert's Bar. The owner, who his friends know as "Bert", cares deeply about the the community and every friendly face that comes in the door. Bert has a talent for helping a customer find the perfect drink for their fun Friday night out as well as their relaxing Sunday afternoon. Bert's Bar was established in 2011.
